The Challenge
Achievers ABA Therapy serves clients through a combination of a corporate office, a therapy center, and in-home therapy sessions. As the practice grew, so did the IT demands. The CEO was often tied up handling technical issues, and setting up new therapist tablets was time-consuming and inconsistent. Devices were frequently unrecovered when therapists left, and the organization lacked a scalable, compliant infrastructure. Like many therapy providers, they needed reliable IT support tailored to the unique workflows and privacy needs of behavioral health services—especially with strict HIPAA requirements in place.
The Solution
To provide seamless IT support for their therapy practice, we created a dedicated support channel inside Microsoft Teams—making it easy for staff to get help using tools they already use daily. All company-issued tablets were enrolled in a Mobile Device Management (MDM) system with policies for remote setup, wiping, and security. We built a secure Microsoft 365 tenant from the ground up, with full backups and access controls configured to meet HIPAA compliance standards for therapists working across multiple locations.
